工作职责:

  协助区域销售经理完成区域内包装油销售工作,执行公司指定的包装油售策略、政策,确保合同执行率;持续开发区域客户、代理商、终端连锁餐饮,维护稳定的销售渠道。关注竞品动态、政策和区域间价格,及时反馈。

主要职责:

  • 协助区域经理完成包装油销售和客户管理工作,主要包括产品销售、执行、客户开发、渠道优化维护;
  • 协助区域经理100%完成区域销售任务,开发并维护新客户,加强渠道管理、品牌管理,提升品牌竞争力;
  • 负责拓展区域包装油市场、开发各渠道客户并建立稳定的销售渠道,管理并维护区域内中小包装油销售渠道,丰富客户类型,直销和经销并行,提高市场占有率;
  • 下沉到客户渠道当中去,协助重点经销商进行终端客户的开发工作;
  • 对渠道产品展示、企业形象展示进行推广及执行
  • 对区域经销商、客户日常订货、发货等日常工作进行对接管理,跟进需求和提货计划,及时提交日度/周度发货计划预测和周度/月度销售计划,提高预测准确率;
  • 优化及调整经销商产品结构,引导区域客户向高毛利产品过渡;
  • 及时反馈和更新市场信息,及时更新竞品每日价格信息和市场趋势,并准时提交周度/月度商务报告;完成公司交办的其他工作。

任职资格:

  • 具有大学专科及以上文化程度
  • 有食用油工厂销售工作经验优先考虑
  • 对大宗商品的相关知识有一定的了解。

  • 具备良好的沟通和协调能力,团队合作能力,实际操作能力以及认真负责的态度等。

  • 能够熟练操作Office办公软件及各类办公设备。

  • 普通话标准
  • 有良好的英语基础
