We are strengthening our capabilities and our contribution to the Group Managerial function by hiring a Reporting Analyst. In this role, you will ensure that reporting standards and definitions are consistently maintained and updated. The reporting analyst coordinates the monthly closing process to guarantee timely availability of managerial data, while also performing regular quality checks to ensure its accuracy and alignment with IFRS standards. As the key contact for analytical structures like s-boxes and reporting units, you will manage referential updates and collaborate with stakeholders. Your role includes producing high-quality financial reports for internal stakeholders, such as dashboards and IFRS 8 disclosures. Additionally, the analyst oversees the daily P&L reporting process, ensuring reliability and timely delivery through efficient workflows. The person will belong to the Central Finance Function of the Group, being part of the Central team of internal monitoring & reporting.
Main responsibilities:
Monthly Reporting Closing Coordination
Ensure effective oversight of the monthly reporting closing process by preparing OneStream with all necessary inputs and controls – reporting scope, central entries, and cost allocations. Communicate clearly with all LDC stakeholders throughout the process, monitor progress, and report delays and issues to Finance Management. Contribute to the development of the Group’s monthly reporting calendar and actively support initiatives to improve closing efficiency.
Managerial Data Quality Assurance
Conduct thorough quality checks during the monthly close to ensure the accuracy and reliability of managerial data. This includes validating intercompany reconciliations, reviewing key indicators such as KPIs and inventory reports, and performing analytical reviews. Leverage OneStream’s reporting capabilities to enhance data validation and develop new controls as needed. Facilitate feedback loops with regional accounting teams to drive continuous improvement.
Alignment with Statutory Financials & IFRS 8 Reporting
Support quarterly reconciliations between managerial and statutory data, focusing on key externally reported indicators such as CAPEX, EBT, and Segment Operating Results. Use OneStream to streamline reporting and ensure consistency across financial disclosures. Organize regular feedback sessions with regional teams to improve alignment and data integrity.
Referential Management and Optimization
Oversee the evolution of the analytical structure, including s-boxes, reporting units, and regions, ensuring alignment with business needs. Regularly clean and review the referential in collaboration with controllers. Utilize OneStream’s flexibility to simplify reporting structures and support users with referential-related queries. Propose and implement actions to enhance reporting efficiency.
Standard Report Production
Act as the key user for OneStream’s reporting tools and the system Add-In, providing training and support to regional users. Prepare and deliver high-quality reports—such as dashboards and regional analysis based on both statutory and managerial data. Reports may be scheduled or ad hoc and should meet central and regional business requirements.
Daily P&L Reporting
Manage the end-to-end process for publishing daily P&L reports, ensuring timeliness and reliability. Collaborate closely with IT to maintain and evolve the reporting process. Use Power BI for report generation and help with the development of dashboards and apps to support business insights.
