概述：
- 在保证生产安全和食品安全的前提下，配合压榨主管完成安全高效的生产操作、维护生产设备正常运行、保证产品指标合格。
- 做好责任区内的日常点检、日常维护，5S推进等工作，不断提升本岗位的理论知识和技能操作水平。
- 管理班组人员，保持与各部门良好沟通，非行政班时负责全厂安全巡查和各部门工作协调。
- 上级安排的其他工作。
主要职责：
- 遵守和执行公司的各项安全、行为规范等规章制度, 遵守公司食品安全、质量、环境政策的要求。
- 管理班组人员执行当班期间生产操作，保证生产顺利进行，产品合格。
- 管理指导压榨预处理各岗位技术员和浸出技术员配合，确认各岗位指标正常。
- 执行所有工作流程和操作程序（SOP）。
- 对过程中的参数进行记录。
- 执行工厂每月的安全检查，并落实和改善检查中不安全设施和不卫生的状况。
- 管理班组人员，与各部门保持良好沟通，保持与各部门良好沟通，非行政班时负责全厂安全巡查和各部门工作协调。
- 对车间劳务合作单位的劳务人员、外来人员（包含进入车间的其他部门人员）、叉车司机进行直接监督。
- 公司/部门交办的其他事项。
Experience

教育背景：全日制大专及以上学历，油脂工程、食品或粮食工程专业、化工、机电一体化等相关专业，条件优秀的可放宽。
工作经历：同行业五年以上工作经验；对油脂行业工艺流程熟悉，条件优秀者可放宽对行业及岗位任职要求。
能力要求：
- 深富团队合作精神。
- 善于沟通。
- 认真负责的态度。
- 要求有很好的分析问题和解决问题的能力。
- 熟练操作计算机，使用office办公软件。
- 具有较强的安全意识和保密意识，严谨细心。
- 具有较强抗压能力与环境适应能力，心理健康，具有良好的人际关系，具备较强的情绪把控能力。
