  • Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. production, logistics, quality, sales) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
  • Managing inventory levels and defined the reorder levels to reduce wastage and improve cost.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential supply chain risks, such as supplier capacity constraints or transportation disruptions on secondary level.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
  • Other work arranged by the superior leadership.
  • Bachelor degree or above, food industry or supply chain related majors are preferred;
  • Working experience in large FMCG with 7-10 years or more experience, food industry or Oil industry supply chain is preferred;
  • The experience that have led the supply chain planning, logistics management process from 0-1 is preferred;
  • With more comprehensive professional knowledge, including production management, cost control, quality management, procurement management, logistics management experience;
  • Identify with the company's corporate culture, hard-working, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SAP)
  • Good communication and teamwork ability.
