The role will oversee relationships with the organization's key clients or accounts, plays a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic account management and fostering strong client relationships.
The role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maintain and grow these accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue and profitability.
• Strategic Development & Implementation:
• Design and implement market entry strategies, including joint ventures, partnerships, and subsidiaries.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead market entry strategies, focusing on new market penetration and route-to-market planning.
• Drive multi-channel management and optimize sales across branded and private label products.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with entering new markets, such as regulatory compliance and cultural differences.
• Business Development & Market Expansion:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new international markets and assess their potential.
• Oversee business development initiatives, including post-merger integration.
• Explore new business opportunities, particularly in plant-based and functional foods.
• Manage and expand international operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Analyze competitive landscapes and consumer behavior in target markets to inform entry strategies.
• Key Account Management & Sales Controlling:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
• Lead key account management building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Develop and manage sales strategies, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
• Implement effective sales controlling measures to monitor and analyze performance.
• Manage brand equity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing and communication channels.
• Innovation & Product Development:
• Oversee the development and commercialization of new products, from concept to market launch.
• Drive innovation in product development, focusing on consumer trends and preferences.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to ensure products meet consumer needs and preferences.
• Lead the development of new product lines, including plant-based alternatives and functional health foods.
• Establish a robust system for tracking the progress of strategic initiatives and projects.
Experience
- Expected to have 10+ years of experience in the FMCG and food industries
- Familiarity with international regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans, aligning them with the company’s vision and mission.
- Extensive experience in identifying and exploiting new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally.
- Ability to drive product innovation, from ideation to commercialization, with a focus on consumer trends and market needs.
- Experience in managing product portfolios and developing go-to-market strategies.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics, budgeting, and P&L management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key partners, investors, and customers.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
