Overall Responsibility:

 

  • Ensure revenue and expenses are reconciled & details are reflected accurately on Navision.
  • Support the monthly closing to ensure the process is running smoothly, no variance left unexplained or any misunderstood points in actual vs budget vs landing with no surprise.
  • Coordinate with operation to develop, implement & improve SOP & budget control.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Accounting
  • Update & reconcile variable cost (Manpower, Custom, Fumigation, Trucking, Packaging, Spare Parts).
  • Update & reconcile usage of consumable (Diesel, Electricity, Thread, Coal, Water).
  • Reconcile fixed asset based on Capex, calculate & booked reconciliation on Navision, follow up on post mortem.
  • Inter-company charge reconciliation.
  • Support monthly closing process.
  1. Finance & Control:
  • PR review before sending for approval with Manager & ensure cost are aligned with expectation, no surprise to management.
  • Coordinate with all teams to develop, implement and improve SOP, follow up on supplier review process periodically, and ensure the input are on point and on time.
  • Support Actual vs Budget vs Landing to explain variance, identify the root cause & coordinate with operation to analyze & improve if needed.
  • Other jobs assigned by Management.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in finance analyst, controller or similar roles, preferably in Manufacturing environment.

Other skills (Computer Skills, etc):

  • Good Excel skill, already utilize any kinds of ERP system.
  • Good inter-personal skills & willing to learn.
  • Strong will with good moral quality.

Languages:

  • Good at English.

Academics:

  • Bachelor graduated of Finance/Accounting/Economics.
