•    Responsible for daily commercial payment, purchase and secondary cost recon, input VAT management:
-Check and proceed daily commercial payment according to LDC policy.
-Reconcile CP balance with front system.
-Check IC transactions and balance, prepare ICS upload and reconcile with CP.
-Prepare receipt for execution team.
-Check commercial purchase between FO and BO, reconcile with intercompany.
-Prepare booking secondary cost accrual and recon the secondary cost between FO and BO.
-Manage Input VAT online & offline.
-Prepare data for statistical reports and other reports.
-Prepare booking open purchase MTM, reconcile with intercompany.
-Prepare data for group reporting schedules in accordance with group instruction.
-Support local audit and group audit.
-Prepare documents for tax inspection and other cases as required.
•    System implementation and improvement:
- Support on the implementation of back office system and improvement of front system.
(BFC/ ICS/ SAP/ TRAX/ MDM/ QUANTUM etc.)
•    Support new business and other ad hoc tasks assigned.

Knowledge
•    Necessary industry experience and associated number of years of experience.
•    Good understanding of PRC GAAP.
•    Attention to details and able to work under pressure.
•    Able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments at the same time.
•    Good communicator with proactive attitude.
Experience:
•    More than 5 years financial experience.
•    Experience in a MNC
Education:  
•    Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
•    Academy background from a reputable university is preferred
Languages: 
•    CET-6, good reading and writing skills in English
Other skills and competencies:
•    Intermediate accountant or other equivalent certificate is preferred
