1. 协助销售团队完成既定销售目标。

2. 按要求及时准确更新和上报各类销售报表。

3. 按要求及时准确上报其他相关日报表。

4. 根据销售合同约定的收款方式、收款期限督促

5. 客户档案资料管理。

6. 定期汇总合同执行情况。

7. 准确的对客户发货计划与实际出货数据进行定期核对。

8. 协助销售人员做好客户投诉的记录,对客户投诉的历史资料进行存档,便于历史资料查询。

9. 受理客户投诉,按照公司流程积极主动处理客户投诉。.

10. 遵守公司安全及各项规章制度,保持良好的职业操守并严格自律。

11. 完成部门要求的其他任务,与公司内其他部门良好的沟通和合作。

12. 积极参加公司和部门组织的各项培训,持续提升个人专业技能和沟通协调技巧。
