• Work closely with the CEO for upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
• Prepare and handle CEO’s outreaches, correspondence and messaging both internally in the organization and to external stakeholders.
• Handle the public relations workstream of the organization, in close coordination with the regional Corporate Communications team, in terms of projects and achievements to report internally and to external media / agencies to help develop the LDC brand building and awareness initiative
• Travel with Public Relations and platform teams to upcountry regions during planned activities.
• Handle a range of administrative tasks and responsibilities to enable the CEO to lead the company in a more efficient manner; this would include designing and producing ad-hoc presentations and reports, preparation for important meetings, maintaining contact lists, handling travel arrangements etc
• Coordinate and lead the initiative for all important executive-level meetings in terms of preparation of pre-reads, monitoring and compiling important takeaways and to-dos and leading follow-up workstreams.
• Providing event management support as needed.
• Work with the Platform, Functional Teams and CEO/CFO in coordinating and organizing
• outreaches and cultivating relationships with external stakeholders while exploring additional business potential and initiatives.
• Other duties and projects based on the requirements of the CEO & CFO Office and the organization as a whole.
• Executive assistant / C-level support experience across leading organizations
• Stakeholder management abilities in terms of dealing with both internal and external stakeholders with a high level of professionalism.
• Working with a range of teams and individuals across platforms and geographies
• Dynamism in terms of handling and juggling multiple responsibilities.
