  • Load the Futures & Options trades into the ETRM(ATLAS) system and dispatch confirmation letters to respective counterparties.
  • Reconcile Futures & Options trades between two relevant systems and Hedging/Pricing activity to be done across Futures vs Physical contracts.
  • Support for Contracts amendments and ensuring accurate corrections.
  • Generate and submit Daily and Weekly Open Interest (OI) reports.
  • Update payments in the SAP Fiori system for daily margins, broker commissions and other related expenses.
  • Participate in designated training programs to develop technical skills and job-related knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies on data privacy, ethics, and safety procedures.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Derivatives, Investment Banking, Contract Management, Commodities, or Finance & Accounting; or relevant exposure through academic projects or internships.
  • Graduation in Accounting or Commerce / master’s degree is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Coffee Trading processes and practices.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and the MS Office suite.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
