  • Update the XBS and entry of process reports into system on a daily basis.
  • Ensure all reports (excel/system/physical) and documents related to payment, processing, execution, are upto date and available for verification at any given time.  
  • Handle execution tasks at site including coffee In store, Ex store documentation, production planning as required from product/site manager.
  • Handle accounting tasks at site including Petty Cash, Coffee payments Initial document preparation, month-end stock verification.
  • Handle monthly attendance, overtime, annual leave reports for permanent & temporary staff.
  • Handle  transportation for staff/ manager/visitors at respective plant.  
  • Monitor cleaners at the site to ensure the office premises are clean and tidy.   
  • Arrange work desk/stationary for new hires and collect work tools when a staff resigns.
  • Coordinate with HR in HCM office to post company announcement, HR policies in the notice board at the site.
  • Coordinate with HR in HCM office to take care social /health /accidents insurances, sick leaves, staff uniforms, staff training, staff events.  
  • Handle all purchase stationaries, office equipments, PPE, service contracts.  
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested by Product Manager/Site Manager.

College or University graduated.

Minimum 2-3 years experiences in administrative or accounting/execution tasks.

Job Description

Experience
