This program is named Brazil Digital Modernization. This ambitious and strategically important multi-year program aims to streamline and redesign our processes, enhance productivity, support business growth and position us for continued success in the dynamic agricultural trading landscape.

This program requires a seasoned Program Director to manage cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Commercial, Procurement, HR, Logistics, Business Services) across geographies to control program scope (several projects with sub-streams), timing, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

We are seeking a dynamic, hands on and experienced Program Director to lead our Brazil modernization program. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the transition from local business processes and solutions to global group processes and solutions while achieving the target business value supporting the LDC Brazil growth.

In a context of a program started 5 years ago and accelerating, you will drive the Brazil program delivery efficiency and value realization with timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the program, from planning and design to execution and optimization.
  • Challenge the status quo with senior stakeholders to bring effective business change through process and technology transformation
  • Balance global standards that support cost effective scale and automation with necessary regional exceptions that drive competitive advantage for LDC
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and managing risks effectively.
  • Coordinate and manage external vendors and consultants as necessary, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to project milestones.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate project updates, status reports, and key insights to stakeholders at all levels, facilitating transparency and alignment throughout the organization.
  • Plan and engage with other applications to ensure end-to-end delivery of integrated applications
  • Located in Brazil, you will own the Business relationship with local business leaders to ensure alignment on roadmap
  • Ensure change management efficiency to achieve target value realization and process execution efficiency

Experience

  • Extensive experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully leading implementations in complex organizational environments.
  • Depth of understanding of agri-commodity trading business. Previous experience in the agriculture industry, with understanding of sector-specific challenges and opportunities is essential.

  • Strong Experience with complex program management
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and driving business change across business unit or globally
  • Strong Experience with digital transformation managing regional and global solutions and processes
