We are seeking a Weighbridge Administrator to join our cotton gin team in Moree. This role supports the effective, efficient and safe operation of the site weighbridge, as well as delivery high level administration services. Daily activities include but are not limited to: 

  • operation of the site weighbridge for the intake of cotton modules, outgoing cotton bales and cotton seed
  • maintain the electronic weighbridge system to ensure continuity of flow
  • ensure documentation/weight declarations are accurate, completed and signed by drivers 
  • liaise with transport companies to ensure drivers are fully inducted and aware of both traffic and process flows
  • assist with site inductions to ensure visitors are aware of safety procedures 
  • assist with orders, invoicing documentation and other administration services 

Desired skills:

  • experience in weighbridge operations and customer service preferred
  • demonstrated experience in ability to manage time and data effectively
  • understanding of duty of care for chain of responsibility
  • flexibility to work extended hours and weekends
