In 2018, the Group materialized its ambition by initiated a Global Finance Transformation and Digitalization of its Back Office operations (Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Procurement, Industry). It consists into a:
- Reshaping of accounting and controlling processes and securing E2E payment flows
- The implementation of SAP S/4 HANA suite including Business Intelligence
The Finance Transformation is now live for more than 2 000 users which brings new challenges such as:
- Infuse and propagate processes and solution knowledge within the teams
- Coach End Users on usage, best practices and new functionalities brought by the Finance Transformation program
- Leverage on the newly built solution for Continuous Improvement of the processes
The Change and continuous improvement trainee position is a strategic role in the on-going Global Transformation program. It includes two main components:
- Supporting user animation and relationship with countries management
- Improving user knowledge and providing them user friendly, powered with AI learning

Main Responsibilities
The Change and Knowledge Trainee will assist the Change & Knowledge team in realising its ambitious goals.
- Support Change & Knowledge communications efforts (e.g. template update, content creation, analyzing communication needs)
- Support User Sharepoint Initiatives (Update the SAP User Sharepoint, create video content, propose solution for an attractive user sharepoint).
- Support training efforts (e.g., supporting preparation of training materials, supporting training delivery)
- Support the team with additional ad hoc administrative tasks (meeting preparation, mailing list, user list management, mentimeter and HourOne template or folder management).
- Participate to the overall strategy of the team (brainstorming sessions, assist to management meetings)

- Either good understanding of core IT disciplines, software development lifecycle in an Agile environment or Good understanding of techniques of Change Management or Accounting users.
- Knowledge/experience with working in a project is desirable.
- Savvy with Business Intelligence tools & applications
