Main Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the production planning as to meet the market requirements.
- Maintain the Food Safety Standards in the Packing and Warehouse area.
- Control day to day production activities like oil losses, chemical consumption, utility consumption, costing & manpower planning, etc.
- Coordinate with Quality, Process department for Refined Oil supply for Packing and Dispatches.
- Coordinate with vendors, stores and purchase for materials and spares.
- Coordinate with service departments for Maintenance.
Experience
Experience |
- Engineering Graduate or Diploma in Packaging/Food Tech/ Mechanical /Elect/ will be preferable.
- Should be fluent with English, Gujarati & Hindi

- 06-08 years of relevant experience in Edible Oil Processing / Packing
- Broad knowledge and experience in: functioning of edible oil plants, packaging operations, Food safety norms, managing warehouse and dispatches.
- Technical knowhow of edible oil processing, packing, cold-storage operations.
- Basic knowledge of all types of oil filling machines for Pouch Filling, Jar Filling, Tin Filling, Bottle Filling, etc. and weigh scales, weigh checkers etc.
- Good analytical and presentation skills, good command on MS office applications.
