Policy and Strategy

  • Provide the Top management team with required information to allow them to properly evaluate the financial position of LDC Logistics Vietnam
  • Provide Banks, External Auditors, Tax Authorities and other relevant parties with the necessary information to allow them to judge that we are in line with their respective requirements
  • Issue/modify internal policies regarding finance/controlling related issues (e.g. cash advances/down payment, safety stock, inventory control, warehouse management, costs for account of the employer, etc.)
  • Define and cascade KPI’s throughout the LDC Logistics Vietnam organization

Business Management

  • Monitor that LDC Logistics Vietnam’s practices are in line with requirements from all Stakeholders, including tax and legal
  • Provide reliable and consistent information regarding LDC Logistics Vietnam’s financial status
  • Ensure LDC Logistics Vietnam meets legal requirements in terms of information to staff on financial performance
  • Ensure that all procurement procedures are properly defined and followed. Involve to discuss all business cases to provide the guidelines and/or approach necessary approval according to internal control procedures.
  • Ensure the budget for procurement is not exceeded and be prepared to challenge the various managers from Operations with regards to their requests for CAPEX and OPEX.

 

IT Management & Reporting

  • Ensure Software is properly set up and safeguards all procedures and processes to ensure the system operation consistent with regulations of government and internal control.
  • Ensure monthly financial reports are sent/submitted within the agreed deadlines to central team for consolidation

 

People Management

  • Provide leadership to the financial and procurement team in order to make sure that they provide quality and within the set deadlines
  • Provide leadership to the Support Services (both internal and external) in order to make sure that the needs of our internal and external customers are met
  • Provide assistance to members of staff at all levels

Preferably to have at least 7-10 years of experience in Finance and Controlling

  • Knowledge of Vietnamese Corporate Law and Taxes
