Job Description

In this role, you are part of the Europe, Middle-East and Africa team IT team managing applications used in the Region with team members based in France, South Africa, Italy, Ukraine.

The content of the job

You will work on 3 mains tasks:

 

1/ Executing tests: interfaces with Global systems

We will conduct roll out of 2 projects aiming at interfacing our main Front system with SAP and with the Global Risk position report system. We need to test the solution (mainly integration tests) and to make sure the new functionality is not impacting existing ones (non-regression tests).

In this context the trainee will have to:

  • Understand the process to test in SAP and GRIP interfaces
  • Documents the tests if not already done
  • Execute the tests as per the defined steps
  • Report on the progress

 

2/ Enrich EMEA Domestic requirements

Our main regional Front system is due to be replaced in the next years by Global Front system called ATLAS v2. We need to make sure that ATLAS V2 is enriched with key Domestic business functionalities before starting the roll outs.

In this context the trainee will:

  • Understand the requirements of the key users with the help of the EMEA Functional team
  • Attend workshops and interviews with key users and assist EMEA Functional team during the formalization of requirements
  • Participate to the arbitration and priorization process with EMEA and ATLAS v2 teams
  • Understand the frontier between Front system and Logistic functionalities, to propose synergies between global and regional/local systems

 

3/ Deliver small changes / process automation/optimization

We have 6 countries using our IDS system (EMEA main Front system). Regularly, the users are requesting new feature to be set up in IDS.

We are also always interested in opportunities to optimize/automate processes.

In this context the trainee will - for simple change - with the support of a senior team member have to:

  • Understand the requirement of the key user
  • Work on possible solution to solve this request, documents this solution
  • Follow the arbitration process
  • Document the change (Specification in case of development, Customizing sheet... )
  • Follow the delivery  
  • Tests the new feature
  • Report on the progress

 

Diploma / Experience

  • Master in IT, Business school or equivalent
  • Able to speak in English
  • Good written English communication
  • High motivation to learn Business analysis methodology
  • Agile mindset
