Main Responsibilities

  • Sales Volume Management:
    Handle monthly sales volumes exceeding 150 MT, ensuring consistent growth and market penetration.
  • Geographical Coverage:
    Manage operations across 4–6 districts, focusing on high-density urban markets with complex distribution dynamics.
  • Distributor Management:
    Navigate and optimize relationships with distributors in metro cities, ensuring efficient supply chain and inventory control.
  • Range Selling:
    Promote and sell a diverse portfolio of premium oils including sunflower, groundnut, and rice bran, with a focus on value-based selling.
  • Key Account Development (HORECA):
    Identify and engage with key accounts in the Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering (HORECA) segment, ensuring professional handling, regular follow-ups, and seamless coordination.
  • Team Supervision:
    Lead and supervise 4–6 Sales Representatives or Distributor Salesmen, ensuring alignment with sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Retail Relationship Building:
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with Star Retail Outlets (SROs) and A-Class outlets, negotiating shelf space, listing fees, and promotional visibility to enhance brand imagery.
  • Leadership Pipeline:
    Serve as a potential candidate pool for future Area Sales Manager roles, demonstrating leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.

Academics

  •  Any Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing prefer

Experience

  • 10-15 Years

  • Extremely good marketing skills, clear communication and multi-tasking skills.
  • Have advanced knowledge of Excel.
