To support its growing needs of corporate reporting and analysis, Louis Dreyfus Company has launched a global ERP program – with SAP S4Hana solution. This ERP program include supply chain processes, mainly focused on procurement processes supported by SAP MM and Ariba; industry processes supported by SAP PP, PM, QM ; and inventory management supported by SAP MM.

Key objectives for supply chain service are to support roll outs of the solution mainly in China and US and digitalization to bring mobility and advanced KPIs to the business.

Job Description

In this role, you are part of the worldwide Digital Technology and Analytics team managing SAP Supply Chain Solution with team members based in France, Argentina, Bulgaria, China, India and Brazil.

The content of the job

You will work on 3 mains tasks:

1/ Automatization of Non regression tests    

To make sure each new change in the system will not impact the existing functionalities, we are automating the tests, that are after executed each week.

In this context the supply chain trainee will have to:

  • Understand industry processes deployed in SAP roll out and the tests scenarios documented by the local team
  • Communicate with the team in India who is managing the automation to make sure they understand what they need to automate
  • Check and review the automated test scenarios
  • Report on the progress

 

2/ Update the global documentation with new supply chain processes after a project

We are making constant improvements of our processes. After each project we are updating our global documentation which will be used for the next roll out.

In this context the trainee will have to:

  • List new functionalities that need to be added in the documentation
  • Update documentation
  • Make sure the team lead / business owner is validating these updates
  • Report on the progress

3/ Modelize the business process flows

As part of the core model approach, standardization of our business processes is key.  Hence, an initiative to modelize the business processes through tools such us Visio has been lunched. In this context the trainee will have to :

  • Review the existing process flows with the Business Process Owners (BPO)
  • Perform any required adjustments to the existing process flows
  • Design new flows for the business processes which are not yet modelized

Diploma / Experience

  • Master in IT, Procurement, Business school or equivalent
  • Able to speak in English
  • Good written English communication
  • High motivation to learn SAP
