Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) is driving a strategic transformation through its “BOLD” program to streamline Finance and Treasury operations (but also, industry, procurement etc). The initiative focuses on deploying SAP S/4Hana and standardizing core processes at group level.
As part of the partner-application (for Treasury) of this project, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Global BPO Treasury – Operations professional to lead the rollout of FIS Quantum and TRAX systems across our global footprint by following the BOLD project roadmap. This role is pivotal in optimizing Treasury and Accounting processes while ensuring alignment with our core model and driving continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Project Management
- Lead Global and Local project teams to ensure alignment from the Treasury (cash management and financing operations) to the Accounting interface core model.
- Guide global support teams to maintain consistency and accuracy in daily operations post-deployment.
Organizational Change Management
- Prepare countries for BOLD implementation through impact analysis and proactive planning (e.g., data cleansing, migration, process or system adjustments).
- Provide hypercare support post go-live and ensure smooth transitions.
- Monitor adoption using functional dashboards and act as a “core model controller” to drive user engagement.
- Maintain and re-enforce the user community through onboarding of new scopes, training, incident reviews, and documentation.
Functional Support
- Be the functional expert on treasury and pre-accounting operations (provide Level 3 knowledge to support team for complex cases).
- Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions if required.
What You Bring
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration across local and global teams from different cultures.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Background in Finance/Treasury operations and/or projects.
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals.
- Familiarity with ERP and TMS systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, FIS Quantum & TRAX, Kyriba…) is highly desirable.
Experience

- Master degree in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English is essential, French is a plus.
