Reported to Senior Manager, Branding & Digital Communication, the Corporate Publishing Manager is responsible for managing the production of corporate publications and collateral (brochures, advertisements, presentations, etc.) at global level, and contributes to the production of written content for publication via other Group communication channels.

 

Corporate Publishing:

  • Manage the production and publication of LDC’s global interim financial and integrated annual (financial and sustainability) reports, coordinating with external creative agencies and liaising with relevant internal stakeholders and approvers to ensure content accuracy and alignment with company strategy. 

  • Support the production and publication of other ad hoc (e.g. platform-specific) company reports or literature. 

  • Create/update other corporate communication, marketing or promotional materials as needed, including brochures, factsheets, presentations, visual collateral, etc. 

Copywriting:

  • Draft or edit messaging for publication via various other corporate channels (websites, videos, etc.) as required, in support of key campaigns or communication milestones. SEO content writing skills are a plus. 

     

  • Undergraduate degree in Communications, PR/Marketing, Journalism or Business
  • 10 years of experience as a communication, publications or content manager; within a financial or trading sector a plus
  • Outstanding project management skills; experienced copywriter with excellent drafting/editing skills; creative skills with an eye for design and photography and keen attention to detail. Knowledge (and ideally prior experience) of sustainability reporting standards (especially Global Reporting Initiative standards)
  • Expertise on Office 365 (proficient), content management tools (especially Bynder/GatherContent, Workiva), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (other Adobe CC suite tools a plus), WordPress
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple actions and streams simultaneously
  • At ease and confident interacting with / presenting to senior and sometimes challenging stakeholders
  • A team player, willing to be flexible to support others on key projects as needed. 
  • Problem-solving profile
  • English fluent
