Your missions:

 

Digital process design:

  • Preparing briefs for each project and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms
  • Leverage technical knowledge to provide best solution to HR practitioners
  • Designing and implementing digital HR strategies that align with the organization’s business goals.
  • Leveraging digital and mobile tools to redesign HR programs3.
  • Building mobile apps to deliver HR services3.
  • Designing a digital workplace that enables productivity, uses modern communication tools, and promotes engagement, wellness, and a sense of purpose

HR system expertize:

  • Act as a data governor for employee master data, maintaining data integrity.
  • Ensure secure access to confidential data
  • Perform data audits to identify and address data issues.
  • Increase data awareness across the organization.
  • Support enablement of data driven decision making for the business.
  • Ensure new developments or security updates remain compliant with data protection laws.
  • Standardizing processes and data aligned with industry best practice, to provide a common, consistent foundation to support HCM processes for organizational effectiveness.
  • Formalizing and institutionalizing a data governance framework: creating common set of data definitions and focus on data quality

Project implementation/ change management:

  • Act as point of reference between Global HRIS team and local HR teams to scope, implement, deliver, and maintain global HR systems initiative in his / her scope.
  • Analyze requests / changes received from the region to ensure global process are well adopted in the region, addressing regional specificities.
  • Be an active change ambassador, promoting digital transformation and adoption of digital tool to improve efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes in the region.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in HR management or IT
  • 5+ years of experience on configuring and administering HCM systems (preferably Workday and PeopleDoc)
  • Experience with HR digital transformation projects
  • An experienced professional in HRIS project implementation
  • Ability to work on multi-country or global scopes and collaborating with geographically dispersed teams
  • English fluent
