- 严格执行公司各项安全制度，对机修班组所进行维修工作的安全和质量负主要责任。
- 执行食品安全和质量相关程序，确保机修班组在维修过程中不对产品造成污染。
- 组织和主持维修周会，在维修周会上回顾上周的维修工作完成情况，及和各车间主管沟通确定下周的维修工作计划。
- 和机修班长沟通做好下周每天的维修工作预安排，并及时告知下周机修工的工作。
- 打印下周的维修工单，对有计划备件的工单，和五金库沟通做好打包备件，并提前准备和计划下周维修工作执行所需的特殊工具和外部服务资源。
- 跟踪维修工的工单完成质量，不定期对维修现场工作进行安全和质量检查，为维修工的现场工作提供必要的技术指导和支持。
- 回顾每天的工单完成情况，对周工作计划进行及时的调整和更新。
- 关注维修效率，回顾与计划工时偏差较大的工作，和计划员一起制定行动项持续改善。
- 带领机修班组完成生产部门及上级下达的紧急维修任务。
- 定期回顾紧急停机的故障及多发易发故障， 分析根本原因（RCA），制定行动方案并跟进落实， 从根本上逐步解决此类故障的再发生， 降低故障率及维修成本，提高维修效率。
- 及时检查计算机维修管理系统中的预测性和预防性维修工单弹出情况，并根据实际的生产计划和设备工程师一起对预测性和预防性维修工单进行调用； 对工单检查的发现项， 及时生成后续处理的子工单并跟进处理效果， 确保所有PM和PDM工单得到有效的执行， 检查发现项得到及时有效的处理， 有效预防故障的发生。
- 定期组织部门人员对预防性维护的项目、内容、周期进行回顾及讨论优化， 持续改进预防性维护的效果及效率。
- 负责管理机修班组的维修工具和机修管理范围的5S工作，为维修工具发展作业指导，为机修管理区域发展5S可视化标准作业，检查和监督维修工具和5S标准执行情况。
- 负责机修班组的技能培训和人员发展，为机修班组每个人制定个人培训计划和发展，并跟踪培训执行情况。
- 完成上级安排的其他工作。
Experience
| Experience |
教育背景：大专及以上学历；
工作经历：八年以上油脂、化工或相关行业的维修工作经验；有三年以上维修团队管理经验；
工作能力：
1.熟练掌握油脂工厂设备构造和相关维修技能；
2.具有一定的成本控制管理能力；
3.具有良好的组织管理、调度协调、及人际沟通能力；
4. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
5. 有较强的职业道德、敬业精神和责任心；
6.熟悉Office软件操作，具备一定的机械识图和制图能力
语言技能：普通话标准，能通过翻译软件查阅英文说明书
必备证书：焊接与热切割作业证、持有钳工证、电工证佳
