The IT HR Solution Analyst will support the Technology Department by providing analytical and technical assistance for HR-related projects and support. This role involves working closely with both HR and IT teams to understand their requirements, analyze data, and develop technical solutions that support HR initiatives.

 

You will translate functional specifications into more details to guide development. Examine and evaluate current systems, and identify its requirements. You will configure the solutions, guided by the solutions manager. Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features. Document interfaces between new and legacy systems. Collaborate with developers to produce new systems. Validate changes by testing programs.

 

Main Accountabilities:

  • Product/Service Development:
    • HR Solutions Support:
      • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR systems and applications.
      • Test the solutions.
      • Document.
      • Create scripts for transferring to the support teams.
    • Projects & Enhancements:
      • Business Requirements Identification: Support collection of business requirements using document analysis and workflow analysis to express requirements clearly and succinctly.
      • Assist in the implementation, integration, and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS).
      • Configure and test the solution.
      • Documentation and Back up: Draft and maintain basic technical and/or user documentation to a high standard and create backup files to ensure instant recovery if problems occur.
    • General:
      • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across various HR systems and databases.
      • Support the development and enhancement of IT-driven HR analytical tools and solutions.
      • Collaborate with IT teams to design, develop, and implement technical solutions for HR challenges.
      • Develop custom scripts, applications, and automated processes to improve HR efficiency.
  • Feasibility Studies:
    • Support feasibility studies from a technological perspective and document findings.
  • Quality:
    • Help management to implement quality assurance change initiatives and/or make continuous operational improvements.
  • Governance:
    • Apply and follow the governance rules of the company.

 

Knowledge and Experience:

Education

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer Sciences, Human Resources, Administration or related field.

Experience

  • University graduated.
  • Internship or project experience in IT, HR analytics, data analysis, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Understanding HR processes and practices is a plus.

Knowledge

  • You have a mature, assertive, and dynamic personality, with good interpersonal skills.
  • You are curious and passionate about learning new topics.
  • You are a team player with good communication skills and with a collaborative spirit
  • You are customer oriented, result driven & passionate about delivering quality

 

Languages:

  • Fluent in English, oral and written is a must.
