We’re seeking a HR Generalist to support the delivery of people-centric programs and drive proactive change initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both functional and operational stakeholders, helping to implement key programs that support our business’s long-term success.

Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:
Support HR management in delivering on strategies to integrate and harmonize key LDC values and process within the Australian operations.
Lead the digitalization plan for Australia to work on onboarding, probation, leave management etc in systems.
Engage with industry and functional staff to consult with and help deliver HR initiatives including Buddy & work from home planning programs.
Assist in the review of policies, awards, contracts and IFAs to ensure the business is engaging employees consistently and in line with LDC requirements.
Partner with relevant HR, industry and functional stakeholders to support accurate and timely workforce planning activities.
Undertake salary benchmarking activities and provide considered commendation.
Work with HR management to establish and execute actions driven by relevant HR data analysis.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities as required including the coordination of relevant HR communications within the country.
Support with seasonal talent acquisition and training activities as required, including but not limited to the scheduling of medicals, working right checks and online training allocations.
Experience

- Relevant qualification in Business and or Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 5 + year in an established HR Generalist roles
- Strong Rewards knowledge and technical skills (Microsoft & SharePoint)
- Strong numerical and analytic reporting skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Previous experience in HRIS (Workday) is desirable.
