Main responsibilities:
Gain accounting expertise by producing and ensuring the quality and timeliness of the books in scope :
- Within the month, process and review journals entries, ensuring the General ledger is accurate for P&L and Balance sheet;
- Execute monthly, quarterly, yearly closing activities, finalize trial balance and prepare reporting according to the IFRS and group standards;
- Reconcile and justify balance sheet accounts;
Coordinate with teams in Sofia and in country;
- Act as a business partner to the Finance teams in the country by providing quality insights on accounting figures;
- Interact with Sofia Global Business Services or Regional teams (Consolidation, Controlling, Tax, Treasury, HR, etc);
Participate in the digitalization of the group:
- With the opportunity of being a key user for S/4 Hana, taking part of transformation of LDC IFRS and Managerial Reporting tool (Onestream);
Harmonize and enhance process thanks to continuous improvement:
- Work with the Continuous Improvement team to identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
Experience

Experience:
• Excellent experience on an accounting position.
• Experience/knowledge in IFRS.
• Experience in a multinational environment is an advantage.
Other skills:
• Knowledge /Technical & Functional skills
• Fluency in English language
• Good user knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Outlook.
• SAP experience/knowledge is an advantage.
Soft skills:
• Confident communicator and an ability to use own initiative;
• Good organizational and problem resolution skills;
• Ability to work with strict deadlines;
• Accuracy and attention to details;
• Good numerical skills;
• Ability to work in a team.
