1. Supervise the execution of construction work on-site (civil, mechanical, piping, Electrical & Instrument)
2. Review and ensure the conformity of technical drawings (P&ID, isometric, GAD) with the physical implementation of the project)
3. Daily coordination with EPC contractors, subcontractors, supervisors and QA/QC team.
4. Ensure work progress is on schedule (timeline) and prepare daily/weekly reports
5. Conduct work inspections according to technical standards and HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) regulations
6. Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and initial commissioning
7. Handle work changes (change orders) and ensure technical documentation is updated (as-built drawings)
8. Maintain communication with the engineering, procurement and operation teams for cross-division coordination
Experience
Experience |
- Min D3 in the fields of Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with good GPA
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as leader due to handle technical maintenance at manufacture industry
- Possess experience and knowledge related to planning and scheduling.
- Demonstrated experience in commissioning or project related to refine glycerin or biodiesel scope.
- Understanding of equipment and spare part management, also have experience with CMMS maintenance concept.
- Demonstrate understanding to read PID diagram and electrical one line diagram
- Knowledge of troubleshooting, repair and maintain of equipment or calibration tool.
