To support its growing needs, Louis Dreyfus Company has launched a global ERP program named BOLD – BackOffice Louis Dreyfus and based on SAP S4Hana solution. This ERP program covers the following supply chain processes:
- Procurement of non-commodities processes, supported by SAP MM connected to ARIBA solution and FIORI user interface.
- Commodities & non-commodities inventory management supported by SAP MM.
- Equipment repair & maintenance supported by SAP PM.
- Production Planning & Execution supported by SAP PP.
- Quality inspection process supported by SAP QM.
While developing skills related to LDC’s supply chain business process in S/4 Hana solution, you will have the possibility to become a change agent and play a key role on our ambitious SAP Program.
Job Description:
You define and establish target solution, starting from an initial conceptual vision and evolving into a more concrete solution specification. You make high-level design choices according to the business strategy; dictate the standards, guidelines, best practices, and patterns and identify impacts on the information system. You will have to understand business requirements, prepare or review specifications, work effectively with other functional and technical team members, make recommendations, and converge all requirements into one/several solutions.
When specifications are set and solutions defined, you will also ensure the delivery of the solution hand-in-hand with the rest of the team.
In this position, you will have three main roles covering a large scope of responsibilities:
You are the gatekeeper of the supply chain processes and it integration with the rest of the ecosystem :
- Understand the business needs and translate into a solution.
- With other team members, you design cross processes flows.
- Work closely and confidently with various departments.
- You are ensuring maintenance and enhancement of your process.
You act as trusted partner for long term & continuous improvement:
- Manage business relationship to define target priorities and business value.
- Ensure communication and be responsible of oneself indicators (measurable KPIs).
- Animate, inform, communicate, enhance, anticipate and perform with the other domains to ensure end-to-end design.
- Elaborate action plans for continuous improvements of the solution and solving recurrent incidents.
You are part of the company that implements worldwide initiatives. You will be onboarded as project team member in S/4 worldwide roadmap.

- You will be responsible of SAP Supply Chain processes, including integration with the other flows.
- You will be making solution design decisions as an owner of the SAP Supply Chain solution & processes.
- You will manage the business relationship to ensure priority and business value.

IT Skills
- Experience in IT best practices.
- Experience in SAP PM & MM.
- Basic experience in SAP PP & SAP QM will be considered as a plus.
- Basic experience in SAP Fiori will be considered as a plus.
- Experience with test campaign executions & automation tool will be considered as a plus.
- Basic experience with JIRA and ServiceNow.
- First experience on full SAP project lifecycle.
Business Skills
- Inventory management and plant maintenance business processes understanding.
Soft Skills
- Great relationship and ability to work with multiple teams.
- Ability and flexibility to work independently as well as in a team.
