负责检查/巡检生产/物流线电器设备、仪表、MCC室及高低压配电室，通过应急维修和预防行保养，确保生产/物流线设备的安全生产和正常运行，并努力使之达到最优化。
1、遵守和执行公司的各项安全、行为规范等规章制度, 遵守公司食品安全、质量、环境政策的要求；
Comply with the company's food safety, quality, and environmental policy regulations. Abide by and implement safety regulations and code of conduct.
2、通过日常设备的应急维修和预防性保养，确保生产车间及物流设备高效运转；
Ensure efficient operation of production workshop and logistics equipment through emergency repair and preventive maintenance of equipment.
3、执行生产线的日常巡检，认真完成工单工作。对设备出现的故障，及时发现、及时分析、及时解决和反馈，并作好记录；
Carry out daily inspection of production line and complete the work required by work order. Discover, analyze, solve, and feedback equipment faults in a timely manner, and make records
4、负责各区域内电器设备、仪表的安全隐患进行自查、整改；
Responsible for self-inspection and rectification of potential safety hazards of electrical equipment and instruments in each region.
5、完成各区域内用电设备按计划定期进行维护、维修、根据需要落实设备改造和工艺改进的行动方案；
Carry out regular maintenance and maintenance of electrical equipment in each region and implement the action plan of equipment transformation and process improvement as required.
6、与操作人员保持密切沟通以及时了解设备运行状况；处理当班发生的紧急设备故障，保证设备的正常运行；
Keep close communication with operators and keep track of equipment operation. Deal with the emergency equipment failure on duty to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
7、负责岗位/区域的5S工作，备品备件的分类，标识，整理。；
Responsible for post/area 5S work, spare parts classification, identification, sorting
8、基本掌握红外成像仪等仪器的使用及数据分析。
Basic command of infrared imager and other instruments and data analysis.
9、认真完成领导下达的PM&PDM工作。
Finish PM&PDM work assigned by leaders
10、完成公司/部门交办的其他事项。

职位要求
| 职位要求 |
中技及以上学历，自动控制、电子电气工程等专业;
从事食品，饲料，化工或粮油行业至少一年的工作经验，能接受倒班；
熟悉低压线路、电机和电气设备的安装、修理与保养工作；
掌握生产类传感器及仪表的原理及维修，掌握软启、变频等马达启动控制设备；
了解PLC电路及原理.能辨识电路图纸，具有较强的现场动手能力；
了解发电机，空压机，制冷机基本的操作及运行参数。
