Main Responsibilities

  • To support Quality Manager, manage cotton and
  • Prepare type sample of cotton.
  • Ensure samples are withdrawn by selector on field and received at office
  • Ensure sample are withdrawn by warehousing team and sent for HVI and trash.
  • Coordinate with logistic team for lifting of bails.
  • Manage samples for manual testing and assist the manual classification.
  • Ensure samples are sent for testing to labs in coordination with trader.
  • Maintain quality registered / quality claim also and keep it updated.
  • Input all result in the quality registered and save it on daily basis.
  • Release the quality report on daily and weekly basis.
  • Manage TA/DA bill of selectors.
  • Ensure that all quality claims are settled within time.
  • Stay in strong coordination with another platform such as Corn and G&O.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of Cotton Selection experience in Pakistan.
  • Proficient Computer Skills. (MS Excel)
