The Domestic Execution function provides a cross-platform support for the region. The scope of this function includes counterparties onboarding, master data input, contracts management and reconciliation, cost provision, documentation collection & support of execution processes in EMEA region.

Main responsibilities:

  • New counterparties onboarding (documents collection, callback and master data input)
  • Contracts entry into ATLAS as soon as the deal is confirmed
  • Contracts and addendums management (drafts negotiations, issuance, signature and collection)
  • Support technical teams in ongoing automation projects
  • Report: Open Contracts Position for traders

Optional responsibilities (depending on execution team workload):

  • Processing price calculations and quality price discounts
  • Invoices validation (checking the suppliers’ information regarding details of invoices, contract and VAT treatment, invoices receipt through SVP)
  • Invoices reconciliation with Suppliers, Vendors 
  • Update stock information in Front system
  • Control over the execution of sale/purchase contracts, their closing
  • Issuing sales invoices and checking the receipt of money into the bank account
  • Monthly closing Front system for logistic deliveries and execution of contracts, cargo insurance

Experience:

  • Professional experience (minimum 2 years) in business administration or within an international trade environment,

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excel proficiency and ability to adapt to new IT systems (prerequisite)

Education:

  • Higher education/bachelor’s degree (accounting/economic or equivalent)

Languages:

  • Romanian – native
  • English – upper-intermediate

Other skills and competencies:

  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and to take initiatives
  • Very good attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pro-activeness in daily work optimization

Problem solving:

  • Ability to extract, organize, analyze and report data in a manner that is useful and relevant for making business decisions with the use of MS Tools.
  • Capacity to quickly analyze / understand new issues (highly evolving business environment / interchangeability between platforms) and find solutions requiring information search & sometimes abstract thinking.
