The Total Rewards Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with our organizational objectives and work culture. This role involves conducting market research, managing compensation surveys, supporting HR budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. The specialist will also handle employee health benefits, global mobility programs, and various HR reporting tasks to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency. 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Compensation Management: 
  1. Develop consistent compensation policies in accordance with organizational objectives and work culture. 
  1. Conduct ongoing research on emerging market trends and best practices. 
  1. Conduct various compensation surveys to determine benefits and pay rates. 
  1. Perform job evaluations and review pay ranges through compensation benchmarking analysis. 
  1. Conduct job architecture and role/level mapping. 
  1. Ensure all procedures concerning annual compensation review, promotion, transfer, and re-designation are carried out as per company policy and within legal boundaries. 
  • Benefits & Global mobility management: 
  1. Manage and promote the employee benefits portfolio and drive consistency and equity across countries
  1. Be the SME for the global mobility policy and advise on global mobility process 
  1. Review existing policies against market standards and propose changes to attract and retain talent. 
  • Additional Responsibilities: 
  1. Serve as a strategic advisor to the HR team, translating business imperatives into actionable C&B solutions that drive organizational effectiveness.
  2. Participate in the delivery of key HR projects, including but not limited to job architecture optimization, incentive plan design, and other recognition related programs.
  3. Support management decision through data-driven insights
  4. Being the focal point of contact to provide advice and guidance to local HR and escalation of issues to the right channel.  
  5. Build partnership with HR consulting firms and related vendors to build a healthy eco-system.
  6. Assist with any other related tasks as assigned by the manager

Experience

  • 4- 10 yrs. of Experience in C&B field
  • Exposure to HR practices in MNC
  • Good business sense and high learning agility
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Excellent team player and good communication skills
  • Dare to challenge the status quo, 'Can Do' attitude and very strong implementation.

Academics

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
