- Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including journal entries, reconciliations, and closing processes.
- Prepare and review daily transactions, journal entries, and monthly closing activities.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation.
- Prepare and review monthly consolidated Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets.
- Conduct detailed balance sheet reviews and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accuracy.
- Review monthly counterparty aging reports (Trade Payables, Trade Receivables, Other Payables/Receivables, Prepayments, and Advances).
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, procedures, and local statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit actual financial reporting packages to Regional and Group Finance teams.
- Lead and coordinate external and internal audits, providing all necessary documentation and explanations.
- Liaise with Regional and Group Internal Audit teams to support audit processes and follow-up actions.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff by setting annual goals, monitoring performance, and fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate with managers across departments (Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Operations, etc.) to support business decisions and achieve corporate financial objectives.
- Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all financial reports.
Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and Indonesian GAAP (PSAK).
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, including the ability to coach, align, and motivate direct reports.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and handle complex tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (AX, ATLAS, SAP) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
