We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to drive transformation and operational excellence across our U.S. supply chain. This role focuses on enhancing customer service, reducing costs, and improving efficiency through innovative solutions and data-driven insights. With an end-to-end vision, you will ensure the performance and compliance of logistics service providers (freight carriers, shipping lines, warehouses) through continuous monitoring and improvement initiatives and implement process improvements that align with global standards and platform strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support leadership in defining strategies and prioritizing improvement initiatives.
- Map and review end-to-end processes, proposing solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure the performance and compliance of logistics service providers through monitoring, reporting, and improvement actions.
- Utilize analytical tools and dashboards to identify trends, anticipate risks, and monitor results.
- Contribute to innovation, digitalization, and automation projects to deliver productivity gains.
- Monitor customer satisfaction indicators and act proactively to improve service perception.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in multicultural, cross-functional environments to ensure alignment and adoption of changes.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in supply chain management and logistics, with strong expertise in Imports & Exports and supply chain planning.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and critical thinking abilities.
- Technical: Proficiency with TMS & ERP systems and data analysis tools.
- Mindset: Customer-centric approach with ability to influence and drive change.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
- Knowledge of international commerce, export/import requirements, and customs regulations.
- Familiarity with international payment instruments, letters of credit, Incoterms, and governing rules.
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting for non-specialists.
- Basic understanding of tax and law for non-specialists.
Personal Skills
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
