  • Carry out the analysis of refinery, fractionation, biodiesel, glycerin refinery, storage + export, utility, and incoming samples properly and correctly by applicable procedures and provisions and report all inspection/analysis results.
  • Provide status of analysis results and report to supervisor.
  • Maintain all documents related to the results of the analysis and examination.
  • Responsible for maintaining all work equipment and cleanliness at the Quality Department location.
  • Assist the management representative in implementing the procedures for document and quality record control
  • Distribute all quality documents related to QMS, Food Safety, Halal, RSPO, ISCC, SMK3, and GMP+ B2 certification systems
  • Ensure the identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention, and disposition of documents and records.
  • Assist the Management Representative in monitoring the quality objectives of each department.
  • Monitor all internal and external data periodically within the scope of the quality assurance system.
  • Identify, maintain, update, and communicate regulations and laws relevant to the company's activities to all related departments.
  • Minimum education D3/S1 with chemical education background
  • Minimum 1-year of experience in the same field is preferred.
  • Understanding product analysis parameters for Refinery, Fractionation, Biodiesel & Refinery Glycerin.
  • Understanding management System, ISO 9001; FSSC 22000,
  • Understand the laboratory Quality system and able to operate laboratory equipment
  • Able to operate computer Mic Word, Excel & Power point & outlook.

Job Description
