Compensation  

  • Benchmarking: submit, analyze and evaluate market data for international pay structure used for executive compensation. Regularly analyzing industry and market trends to maintain competitive compensation practices. Conduct market data research when necessary to support decision making process during recruitment or budgeting process. 

  • Compensation process: support process improvements as and when required, contribute to the global planning of the annual compensation activities and support the global CoE in the operational deployment of the annual compensation process. 

  • Executive compensation: maintain accurate records for our executive population and support the executive employee life-cycle 

  • Portfolio management: support the administration of the global management compensation programs, including all incentives portfolio, tracking all events and producing the supporting documents  

  • Reporting: submit the annual financial reporting linked to executive and management incentive programs, support the annual audit process, produce several cost recharge activities 

  • Controlling: conduct the reconciliation of all incentive payments in collaboration with finance department  

  • Advising, and when necessary, train and support, HR team members on compensation and benefit topics.

Academics 

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics/ Management/HR or similar suitable degree.  

 

Experience 

  • Expected to have 5+ years experience in a compensation environment or as a compensation consultant. 

 

Knowledge / Technical & Functional Skills 

  • Have a data-driven mind-set and strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions, and formulate recommendations. 

  • Excellent Windows Office knowledge, especially Advanced Excel are mandatory. 

  • Cross functional and cross-country collaboration 

 

Soft Skills 

  • High attention to details and stakeholders managements 

  • Passionate and curious about Total Reward and latest trends 

  • Dynamic, organized, and proactive attitude 

  • Ability to work in a team and fast paced environment. 

  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to shifting priorities, able to handle pressure in peak times.

Languages

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills are mandatory.
