The ServiceNow Technical analyst is the technical advocate between LDC ServiceNow users, the Development team, and the Product owner. Responsibilities include technical consultancy and project support during the Platform evolution lifecycle. He/She will work closely with the ServiceNow Product owner and will support him in ITSM, ITOM and future expansion areas.

The key stakeholders of the ServiceNow solution are the Global Operations Solution Delivery Managers, the Solutions managers and the Service Desk regional managers.

The role requires a detailed oriented individual with good communication skills that thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multi-tasking and is comfortable to engage on complex technical initiatives.

  • Analyze, estimate, and design technical solutions based on the ServiceNow platform
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert to the customer and members of the team
  • Oversee the development process and make sure that requirements are implemented according to the client’s needs and best practices
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions
  • Closely collaborate with various stakeholders and members of the team
  • Create and maintain design specifications and architectural diagrams
  • Design, develop and present proof of concepts
  • Act as a liaison between Client and Development teams
  • Proven experience in ITIL practitioner in Infrastructures services or Application Management (3 to 5 Years)
  • Experience with configuring ServiceNow platform
  • 1 to 3 years of Project management either as Project Manager, Project Planner or Project Lead will be considered a strong plus
  • Extensive knowledge and proven experience across various applications and modules of the ServiceNow platform including Incident, Request, Problem an change management
  • Good understanding of configuration management, CMDB, Service catalog
  • Experience in building complex solutions, including integrations involving multiple third-party systems
  • Practical experience implementing ITSM and ITOM processes (other modules / domains knowledge is also desirable, e.g. ITBM)
  • Solid understanding of engineering practices
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL, ITIL certification is a plus
  • Expertise in working directly with technical and business stakeholders on the customer’s side
  • Relevant ServiceNow certification is considered as plus
