Comply with the company's food safety, quality, and environmental policy. Meet the requirements of food safety, qualities, and environment.
- 制定和执行维修标准、PM&PDM计划，编制巡检计划、检修计划、编制材料计划和管理检修项目；
Formulate and execute the maintenance standards and PM&PDM procedures, inspection plans, material plans and maintenance project management.
- 负责电气、仪表自动化及设备的管理，制定和执行技术操作规程SOP、检修规程和安全规程；
Responsible for the management of electrical and instrumentation equipment, and formulating technical operating procedures SOP, maintenance procedures and safety procedures.
- 负责电气、仪表及设备的安装调试及现场施工管理，处理生产过程中电气自动化相关的技术问题，参与技术分析和事故分析，并提交可行性解决方案；
Responsible for the installation, commissioning and on-site construction management of electrical equipment and instrumentations. Dealing with technical electrical and automation related. Participate in technical analysis and accident analysis, provide feasibility solutions.
- 负责电气维修人员员工培训，指导、监督电气人员的工作流程，确保电气作业安全；
Responsible for training of electrical technicians, guide and supervise the actual operation of electrical procedures, and ensure the safety of electrical operations.
- 负责电气自动化相关的系统管理(PLC和DCS系统)，持续提高工厂自动化控制水平；
Responsible for management（PLC and DCS systems） of electrical and automation, continually improve automation control level.
职位要求
| 职位要求 |
自动控制、电气工程等专业，本科及以上学历；
五年以上食品企业相关工作经历；能够熟练使用PLC/DCS、CAD、office等软件；熟悉电气标准；
具备电气、自动控制相关知识，至少精通一种Siemens/AB/GE PLC编程调试，熟练掌握PLC/DCS网络架构、硬件配置和故障处理；
深富团队合作精神，创新精神；
较强的动手能力，工作积极主动，责任心强，善于沟通；
认真负责的态度。
