We are seeking applications for a Team Leader position to join our qualified warehousing and packing team at our Moree, NSW site.
This key role will assist the Site Manager in all activities on site, including driving continuous improvement throughout all business processes and procedures. The Team Leader role will continuously drive operational synergies across the warehouse and packing operations and will also be required to assist with customer management. The Team Leader will ensure a high level of professionalism with all stakeholders, exhibiting a high level of planning and coordination skills to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
This role will have a very strong focus on creating, operating, and maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.
Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Assist to create, operate and maintain a positive safety culture across all activities on-site.
- In conjunction with the Site Manager, have a hands-on approach to the day-to-day activities to achieve business outcomes.
- Manage operations at the packing and warehouse facilities as required by the Site Manager.
- In conjunction with the Site Manager, help development and drive a positive team culture by providing proactive leadership, mentoring and feedback to Site Operators.
- Proactively and continuously look to develop operational strategies that maximise site efficiencies while maintaining safety and customer service standards.
- Support the Site Manager in the management all staff requirements to maximise labour utilization.
- Maximise allocation and utilisation of equipment between all activities.
- Assist in the maintenance of site machinery, including the development of an extensive preventative maintenance program.
- Enforcing strict adherence to Department of Agriculture requirements at all times
- Ensure that the presentation and cleanliness of all areas of the site are being maintained at all

- Open manual license
- Forklift ticket
- Accredited Officer (AQIS) or willing to obtain
- Confined space ticket or willing to obtain
- EWP Ticket or willing to obtain
