- Provide timely support to Sales function on sales related tasks and activities including but not limited, SAP daily work and maintenance; daily sales order management; contract management; sample delivery management; expense order process; settlement process; inventory update; Daily/weekly/monthly sales report,
- Contact with external distributors on sales through result tracking
- Interact with Sales, operations and other internal functions to accurately progress sales orders and effectively resolve issues
- Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to support growth of a product line
- All the tasks assigned by Line Managers

- Minimum of 5-year relevant experience in Bulk trading commodities industry
- Be familiar with the business operation process of Key Account and distributors
- Data collection and analysis capabilities
Other skills (Computer Skills, etc.)
- Bachelor Degree
- Skillful Excel & PPT
- Fluent in English (both reading and written) with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High integrity standards, positive attitude, and business acumen
- Self-motivated; able to work independently and as a team player
Languages:
- English, workable in writing and reading
- Chinese
