In this role, you will envision, lead and deliver large cross-functional and multi-faceted projects in the IT portfolio. A project is a group of related projects managed in a coordinated way to obtain benefits not available would they be managed individually –a project is needed (versus a project) when there is a big change in a service or when a service is not existing.

You will lead the discovery phase of the project(s), define and align the vision strategy with the stakeholders, set business goals and business benefits with the board/steering team, define and lead the solution selection and implementation, organize the project(s) for success, and deliver with top quality, on-budget and on-time.

You will be accountable for the realization of the project business value, for the adoption, the delivery and the success of the project(s) and various projects, working closely and effectively with the business partners/stakeholders, IT Services, IT Operations organizations, IT Business Partners.

  • Delivery projects aligned with the strategy and roadmap for Technologies & Operations services domain.
  • Accountable to technically lead highly engaged teams of internal and external resources in different locations, cultures, and countries, delivering the enterprise mission and vision and adhering to enterprise commitments/values
  • Ensure compliance with and participate in continuous improvement of organizational standards, practices and methodologies
  • Define, track, measure and report on critical success factors and key performance indicators
  • Partner for success across the Information Technology ecosystem and with our business partners and our suppliers
  • Deliver projects in a self-motivated manner and consistent with Engineering Release Plan and project deliverables
  • Drive benchmarking exercises to ensure LDC IT remains within the top tier of best practices for projects including Agile ways of Working and tools
  • Ensure security standards and policies are implemented
  • Ensure positive partner/customer experience through satisfaction surveys
  • Proactively lead through organizational change and the evolutions needed in the IT Way/Competencies
  • Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders, providing advice and assistance to coordinate and operationalize the integrated strategic and operational plans for innovative technologies, methodologies and processes.
  • Proven experience in IT Technical Project (databases, middleware, operational systems, automation, etc.) 
  • Cloud knowledge and Architecture skills in Microsoft Azure 
  • 5+ years of wide-ranging of projects in IT in multi country and high complexity organizations
  • Proven experience Agile Methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure convergences and business benefits provided (highly desired).
  • Proven experience delivering technology projects and services, with excellent customer quality, cost and outcome measures
  • Ability to work with a range of technical staff, architect, and operational and business partners to develop joint solutions
  • Understanding of ITIL frameworks, Agile and lean principles

Job Description

Experience
