Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Support marketing, development, and execution of growing customer base and expansion of services consistent with LSA objectives.
o Prepare, update, and maintain marketing materials, collateral, and product/service information across relevant platforms.
o Manage logistics for marketing events, meetings, and customer interactions, completing all materials, registrations, and follow-ups.
o Assist with creation of presentations, internal communications, and marketing announcements for leadership and cross‑functional teams.
o Maintain organized files of marketing assets, templates, and campaign documentation for internal reference and audit needs.
o Track, compile, and report on marketing metrics, engagement levels, and campaign performance to support management decision-making.
o Monitor industry activity, competitor marketing, and customer insights; relay relevant observations to Commercial and Execution leadership.
o Ensure all marketing outputs comply with brand standards, legal/regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Identify, develop, and implement LSA processes and operating systems to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of pledging cotton bales to the CCC as collateral in accordance with 7-CN.
o Loan data – ensure the integrity of loan maintenance, documentation, reporting and validation processes.
o Invoicing & distribution of funds – establish relationships and streamline processes with gins, agents, warehouses, and producers; validate system calculations and provide excellent customer service.
o Inventory Management – monitor and improve process from receipt of collateral to application to loan; reconcile receipts to electronic third-party providers.
o Cash management – Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing cash; Address and resolve discrepancies in loans or receipts immediately.
Perform user testing and provide documentation for system developments and enhancements.
Perform or assist with basic daily functions of the LSA and monitor processes to ensure accuracy
Perform all related responsibilities as required by management.

Education/Professional Certifications/Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Supply chain or related field or equivalent work experience considered.
Experience
1 to 3 years’ experience in cotton/Agriculture industry or related field.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (including any physical demands)
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in marketing, communications, or coordination.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and timelines.
Broad range of computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft programs, especially MS Word, Excel and Power Point. Familiarity with design or content tools is a plus. Microsoft Access, OneNote and SharePoint experience beneficial.
