Work location: Friendship Tower, 31 Le Duan, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Mon - Fri (9.00 am - 6.00 pm)

SCOPE OF WORK:

1/ Arranging for shipping documents :

  • Arranging shipping documents in the soonest time after vessel sailed according to document instructions from the pre-shipment team or closely contact shippers to ensure proper shipping documents are completed in the shortest time.

+ Filling Certificate of original, ICO forms base on B/L details and shipping instruction.+ Declare C.O, ICO on Ministry of Industry and Trade.+ Declare Phytosanitary certificate on the system of Plant Quarantine Protection.+ Checking all Certificates : Fumigation Cert, Weight/Quality Cert, Health Cert, …+ Following and contacting shippers to get original shipping documents as required according to document instructions for Bonded WH shipments.+ Getting approval to send original documents to Customers or Banks…

  • Input data of shipment details to the company’s systems to generate shipment details, shipment advice, invoices and relevant information to the excel files of execution team.

2/ Checking invoices/Debit Notes relating local charges, freight of shipment and request payment in due time.

3/ Declaring Customs on systems Ecus

4/ Input data to issue e-VAT Invoice on Viettel system

5/ Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager

6/ Ensuring compliance of the contract management policy and company policies.

7/ Ensuring line manager is aware of potential execution issues and propose solutions.

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years in import – export or logistics experiences.
  • Having experience in the agriculture commodity is a plus
  • Understanding of local regulations and Customs procedures.

Languages:

  • Effective command of spoken and written English is an advantage.

Academics

  • University graduated with major in Business administration/ Foreign Trade/ Economics/ Logistics or equivalent

Other skills 

  • Excellent analytical skills, problem solving, communication skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point.
  • Ability to work independently and propose solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines under pressure
