We are looking for qualified and motivated candidates to join our Global Laytime Excellence Centre team. The role involves performing laytime calculations for commodities handled by LDC for bulk and break bulk cargo shipments across global locations, including South & North America, Black Sea, North Africa, EU, Middle East, and South Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate laytime calculations for bulk/break bulk shipments (cargoes include Sugar, Soybeans/Meal, Corn, Wheat, Barley).
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and customary port practices.
- Monitor and report legal deadlines, payables/receivables, and assist in settlement of disputes and arbitrations.
- Collaborate with internal operating teams and external customers/clients for smooth operations.
- Maintain high accuracy in calculations and supporting documentation.
- Track timelines and ensure prompt responses for timely closure of cases.

- Master’s Degree
- Basic knowledge of bulk/break bulk shipping and Incoterms.

- Negotiation skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation.
- Language: English.
