  • Manage recruitment & selection by acquiring talents; maintain talent pool.  

  • Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and best practices to attract and retain diverse talent. 

  • Managing the full cycle of recruitment, from posting job ads to conducting interviews to extending offers and onboarding new hires. 

  • Maintaining accurate and updated records of recruitment activities and metrics in the applicant tracking system 

  • Manage pre/on-board; off-board program to ensure new hire quick adapt with LDC working environment.   

  • Manage performance reviews, Talent reviews as Corporate guidance.     

  • Manage on rewards & recognition program, employee survey, renew GPTW certificates. 

  • Do benchmarking salary and benefits to ensure our remunerations system is competitive 

  • Identify training needs, implement training & development plan for all population. 

  • Partnering with HR Manager to manage compliance, update and train local legal regulations to all population.    

  • Review & set up HR policies and procedures to align with LDC Vietnam.   

  • Partnering with HR Manager to organize Town Hall, internal communication; employee relations.  

  • Partnering with HR Manager on man-power planning, HR Budget/Forecast, succession planning.  

  • Collaborating with other HR colleagues to implement Global/ Regional HR projects in Vietnam when required. 

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested by Vietnam HR Manager 

Experience 

  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in human resources management at multinational companies. 

Other skills (Computer Skills, etc) 

  • Strong customer service mindset;  

  • Strong team and leadership skills. 

  • Clear and concise communication skills and must have the ability to communicate at all levels in the business  

  • Energetic, enthusiasm, self-motivation, assertiveness, and emotional intelligence  

  • Must be organized, thorough, focused and detail-oriented. 

  • Hands-on knowledge of typical Microsoft office software (incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

Languages:  

  • Fluently in Vietnamese and English communication in speaking and writing. 

Academics 

  • University or MBA graduated.
