Our SWLA Regional Learning Specialist will be responsible for the design and execution of a continuous learning strategy that will drive our competencies and allow us to continue to be successful in the near future among the Region (Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Colombia, Mexico and Honduras)

  • Define a training strategy for the entire region, identify the work axes aligned with business priorities. Ensure consistent high standards of learning initiatives.
  • Design and execute the training plan, define content, and generate alliances with strategic partners.
  • support annual learning needs analysis and stay informed on new learning methods and techniques while exemplifying the desired learning culture of the organization.
  • Contribute to the transformation process of the discipline in both learning agility and digital environments, supporting the global learning agenda and developing a specific plan/actions for the region.
  • Contribute from the Learning area to the Transformation & Change strategy that the business is going through.
  • Lead initiatives to re-engineer and improve existing learning processes and methodologies that guarantee the development of the necessary competencies for the future success
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and other educational sessions.
  • Coordinate activities to ensure the best employee experience.
  • Provide management insights on learning metrics to help drive vital actions and decisions at the regional level.
  • Conduct budget analysis and provide regular financial updates related to learning activities.
  • Learning background: Demonstrated minimum of 5 years of Experience in Learning Functions. Other talent focused experience is a plus.
  • Change Management: Experience actively participating in transformation and change processes. Knowledge of change management methodologies
  • Project Management: Good understanding in participating in projects, either as a project member or project lead.
  • Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage learning programs and ensure smooth operations in a regional corporate setting.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Stakeholder/providers Management: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders/providers at various levels.
  • Oriented to Analytical and Data Management Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate insights, to support the enhancement of learning programs.
  • Training and Facilitation is a significant plus: Prior experience and skills in delivering training sessions and facilitating learning activities.
  • High level of proficiency in networking & connecting internally and externally.
  • English: advanced level is a must for this position.
