Main responsibilities :
- Coordinate with forwarding and transport companies, as well as other service providers, when required
- Update goods movement and stock information in BAF (1C) front system accurately and on time
- Prepare detailed instructions for port forwarders regarding customs clearance, organized by type of goods, exporter, and export contract
- Prepare reports on the quantities of goods loaded onto vessels for internal stakeholders, including the LDC Geneva office, LDC Ukraine accounting, and the execution department
- Calculate storage costs for goods in port silos and verify related invoices
- Perform reconciliation with internal and port silo records and verify corresponding storage cost invoices
- Act as a full backup for the Domestic Execution Specialist when needed
Experience
| Experience |
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, forwarding, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks
- High stress tolerance and ability to perform well in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, including interaction with traders, clients, ports, and other partners
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Basic understanding of logistics processes and documentation, including certificates of quality, bills of lading, and related paperwork
- Experience working with brokers is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with data
- English (intermediate level or higher); additional languages are an advantage
