1.带领生产团队贯彻和执行工厂安全，健康，环境程序和食品安全程序；
2.协助精炼经理严格控制生产消耗，根据化验结果，及时调整生产参数，保证产品质量100%合格；
3.负责节能和自动化的相关事宜，推进工厂节能和自动化项目的实施；
4.协助精炼经理组织实施生产活动，完成生产任务，并采取或落实措施保证生产记录以及各种报表及时、真实、完整。按时完成各阶段工业生产经济活动分析报告；
5.协助精炼经理管理车间设备, 如日常设备维护安排及计划停机检修工作；
6.协助精炼经理不断对员工进行岗位操作技能培训，规范操作方法；
7.协助生精炼经理建立车间的卫生制度、DNA推进、ISO、安全以及绩效的考核标准，并对其进行考核评估和落实；
8.与其它部门保持良好的协作关系，协作其它部门共同完成生产任务。
9.协助严格控制排水指标，根据化验结果，及时调整污水处理参数，确保排放水质达标。
10.协助解决水处理过程中的技术问题，评估现有水处理工艺的效率和效果，提出并实施优化方案。
11.完成上级安排的其它工作。
