  • Ensure smooth daily operations across Mill Processing and Warehouse in accordance with production and dispatch plans.
  • Oversee the execution of improvement projects to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
  • Monitor and control OPEX and CAPEX to maintain cost efficiency and ensure proper asset utilization.
  • Plan and prioritize production and warehouse activities to meet internal and external customer requirements.
  • Supervise operational expansion projects and identify process optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate effectively with other departments to align operational objectives and ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain high-quality standards, minimizing rework and waste in production and warehousing.
  • Implement continuous improvement programs to enhance performance and competitiveness.
  • Manage vendor coordination for equipment upgrades, repairs, and procurement.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational and financial reports.
  • Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team members in both Mill and Warehouse areas.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and create individual development plans (IDPs).
  • Ensure all personnel receive required training according to the annual training plan.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and alignment with company goals and values.
  • Support the Asset Manager in operational decision-making and serve as a backup when required.
  • Collaborate with HR, SHE, and other departments to ensure compliance and drive employee engagement.
  • Participate in strategic meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and define action plans.
  • Ensure full compliance with company SHE standards and Indonesian government regulations.
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
  • Deploy and manage the Process Safety Management (PSM) system according to company policy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production, processing or warehouse operations with supervisory or managerial role.
  • Able to speak English (minimum: intermediate level)
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, warehouse management, and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, etc.).
  • Familiar with ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Able to operate computer Mic Word, Excel & Power point & outlook.
  • Familiar with SHE and process safety management principles.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Indonesia & English
Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering are preffered
