1. Blow Molding Operations (Jerrycan & Drum):

  • Plan and supervise daily blow molding production activities to meet volume and quality targets.
  • Ensure proper machine setup, operation, and maintenance in collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Monitor production efficiency, reduce downtime, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the blow molding area.

2. Filling Operations:

  • Oversee the filling process to ensure accuracy, hygiene, and compliance with product specifications.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure product quality and traceability.
  • Monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and implement corrective actions for any deviations.
  • Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed.

3. Finished Goods Warehouse Management:

  • Manage the storage, handling, and dispatch of finished goods (empty jars and filled jars).
  • Ensure accurate inventory control, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and space utilization.
  • Coordinate with planning and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with internal and external audit standards.

4. Logistics & Container Operations Support:

  • Collaborate closely with the logistics team to plan and execute inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Ensure loading and unloading processes are conducted according to SOPs, including container stuffing and de-stuffing.
  • Supervise container scheduling, documentation, and coordination with transporters and freight forwarders.
  • Monitor container turnaround time, optimize loading efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

5. Budgeting & Cost Control:

  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets (OPEX & CAPEX).
  • Monitor production and logistics costs, identify variances, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Track KPIs related to production output, warehouse accuracy, and logistics performance.

6. Safety, Health & Environment (SHE):

  • Ensure all operations comply with company safety policies, government regulations, and industry standards.
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Promote a strong safety culture across production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE, safe equipment handling, and emergency preparedness.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing and logistics, preferably in FMCG, packaging, or oil-related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of blow molding, filling, warehouse operations, and container logistics.
  • Able to speak English (proeficiency)
  • Proven experience in safety management, including loading/unloading supervision and compliance with SHE standards.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP, HACCP, and lean manufacturing.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to operate computer Mic Word, Excel & Power point & outlook.

Experience
